Nutter Butter and Jelly Milkshake
Nutter Butter and Jelly Milkshake
  • Milkshake:
  • 1.25 cups of milk
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup grape jelly, divided
  • homemade peanut butter frosting (see below)
  • whipped cream (see below)
  • Nutter Butter and Nutter Butter Minis for garnish
  • Whipped Cream:
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Peanut Butter Frosting:
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, cubed, at room temperature
  • Âľ tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  1. First, make your whipped cream by combining the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla and using your whisk attachment in stand mixture with a bowl that's been in the freezer for 10 minutes, whisk on medium-high for several minutes until the peaks stand upright. Add it to a pastry bag outfitted with a fancy tip if you'd like.
  2. Next, make your homemade peanut butter frosting by adding all the ingredients together in your mixer and mix with the paddle attachment until incorporated. Then garnish your glasses with the frosting and Nutter Butter Minis. Put aside any leftover peanut butter frosting to add to the milkshake.
  3. Then mix together the milk, vanilla ice cream, and half the grape jelly.
  4. Add some peanut butter frosting and grape jelly to the glasses, then fill the glasses with milkshake.
  5. Top with whipped cream, add one straw, a regular-sized Nutter Butter and a Nutter Butter Mini and a dollop of grape jelly.
  6. Enjoy!
