Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

- Fresh pumpkin seeds
- 4 T butter
- ½ cup salt
- Cooking spray
- optional seasonings
- Carve pumpkin(s) and save seeds.
- Wash seeds in colander and remove pulp.
- Boil water with 4 T butter and ½ cup of salt, add seeds, boil for 10 minutes.
- Spread out seeds cookie sheet lined with greased foil.
- Add additional salt (optional) or optional seasoning of choice.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 or until all seeds are dry and slightly brown.
- Flip seeds every 10 minutes to ensure both sides dry.
- Let cool and enjoy!
