Cran-Apple Cider Sangria
  • 1 bottle red wine
  • ½ cup cranberry juice
  • 3 cups apple cider
  • ½ cup brandy
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp cloves (optional)
  • 1 tsp ground ginger (optional)
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • cranberries
  • pomegranate seeds
  • cinnamon sticks
  1. If you would like, you can mull the apple cider in a sauce pan over medium heat with the cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger, cranberries, and some orange juice from the orange slices. Strain out the cinnamon sticks and cloves when done mulling. If not mulling, just ignore the cloves and ginger from the ingredients list.
  2. Next, slice and dice your orange, lemon, and apple. Mix together your wine, cranberry juice, apple cider, brandy, lemon juice. Then add your orange slices, apple chunks, cranberries, and pomegranate seeds.
  3. Pour over ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
