Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
  • Fresh pumpkin seeds
  • 4 T butter
  • ½ cup salt
  • Cooking spray
  • optional seasonings
  1. Carve pumpkin(s) and save seeds.
  2. Wash seeds in colander and remove pulp.
  3. Boil water with 4 T butter and ½ cup of salt, add seeds, boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread out seeds cookie sheet lined with greased foil.
  5. Add additional salt (optional) or optional seasoning of choice.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 or until all seeds are dry and slightly brown.
  7. Flip seeds every 10 minutes to ensure both sides dry.
  8. Let cool and enjoy!
