Fresh Salsa
  • 3 cups diced tomatoes, skin and meat only, no juice or seeds.
  • 1 medium or large white onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, de-seeded and diced
  • 4 jalapeño peppers, de-seeded and sided
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • salt
  1. Combine the tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, jalapeño peppers, tomato puree, red wine vinegar, and salt into your mixer and lightly pulse a few times.
  2. Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
