Serves: 3 cups
- 3 cups diced tomatoes, skin and meat only, no juice or seeds.
- 1 medium or large white onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, de-seeded and diced
- 4 jalapeño peppers, de-seeded and sided
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- salt
- Combine the tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, jalapeño peppers, tomato puree, red wine vinegar, and salt into your mixer and lightly pulse a few times.
- Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
