Vegetarian American-Style Goulash Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 lb of MorningStar Farms Grillers Crumbles
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1-2 green bell peppers, diced
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 lb elbow macaroni
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
  1. Start by browning your Grillers Crumbles in a pan over medium heat on your stovetop in the 1 Tbsp of olive oil along with your diced onion and green bell peppers.
  2. Then add your diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and minced garlic to the pan and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. While it's simmering, boil your elbow macaroni to al dente.
  4. When the macaroni is done, drain it, then add it to your mixture.
  5. Mix in 1 cup of your shredded cheese.
  6. When you're ready to serve, top each serving or the entire dish with extra shredded cheese.
  7. Enjoy!
