20 All the Mickey-Shaped Foods at Disneyland and Disneyland California Adventure

Mickey-Shaped Breakfast Foods

Mickey Waffles

First things first, forget rope drop, start your morning with a Mickey Waffle! A Disneyland staple! Fluffy, delicious, and perfectly Mickey-shaped, these waffles are served with syrup, bacon, and fruit at the Carnation Café. You’ll probably need reservations!

Here’s the deal though – the ones at Carnation Cafe on the adult menu are made to order, a bigger, fluffier size, and simply amazing. Order them! The smaller Mickey waffles served on the kids menu at Carnation Cafe (and available at the character breakfast buffet at the Plaza Inn) are either made in batches or frozen and well,… frankly, they’re not good!

TLDR: Skip the kids’ menu waffles at the Carnation Cafe! My kids don’t even eat them, so we just get them the larger, tastier Mickey Waffle to split.

Mickey Pancakes

A beloved kids’ meal favorite – pancakes shaped like Mickey’s head. Look for them at select quick-service breakfast spots like the Red Rose Taverne.

Mickey Scrambled Eggs

Carnation Café on Main Street, U.S.A. offers Mickey-shaped scrambled eggs on its kids’ menu. These playful eggs are served as part of the “Create-Your-Own” kids’ entrée, where young guests can pair the Mickey-shaped eggs with two sides like seasonal fruit, breakfast potatoes, or applewood-smoked bacon, plus a choice of milk, water, or juice – making it a tasty and satisfying way to start a magical day at the parks.

The menu doesn’t say the eggs are Mickey-shaped, so they may not be anymore.

Mickey-Shaped Frozen Favorites

Mickey Ice Cream Bar

Perhaps the most iconic snack in all of Disneyland – creamy vanilla ice cream coated in rich chocolate and shaped like Mickey’s head. You’ll find these at frozen treat carts everywhere.

Mickey Ice Cream Sandwich

Two soft chocolate wafers sandwiching vanilla ice cream – another classic that’s perfect for cooling off in the park on a warm day.

Mickey-Shaped Sweet Treats

The best snacks are Mickey-shaped!

Mickey Beignets

These sugar-dusted, airy beignets shaped like Mickey are a must on your snack crawl – available at the French Street Market or Mint Julep Bar. Seasonal twists like pumpkin spice versions may appear during holidays.

Mickey Caramel or Chocolate Apples

A Caramel or Chocolate Apple Mickey is one of the best foods in the park! Plus, it’s fruit, so it’s healthy – right?

Various themed Mickey-shaped apples are available all oround the park including the Candy Palace and Candy Kitchen on Main Street or grab an apple to go from Disney Wonderful World of Sweets in Downtown Disney where you can watch cast members make the candy apples in the large kitchen windows.

Mickey Cookies

Decorated sugar or shortbread cookies shaped like the iconic silhouette – find them at bakeries and treats shops such as Refreshment Corner and Candy Palace. (I didn’t like the taste of this one.)

Mickey Cake Pops

Colorful and cute, these are available at bakery counters throughout the parks – a fun handheld treat!

Mickey Cupcakes

Few treats capture Mickey’s timeless charm quite like the Mickey cupcakes decorated with Mickey’s red shorts, bright yellow buttons, and classic black Mickey ears. These cupcakes are as cheerful as they are delicious, instantly recognizable thanks to their bold colors and playful design inspired by Mickey’s iconic outfit. Topped with smooth buttercream frosting and finished with chocolate ears, they feel like edible souvenirs. (Again, this one was not my favorites and I wouldn’t get it again.)

Raspberry Rose Mickey Macaron

For something elegant and seasonal, look for these floral macarons at the Jolly Holiday Bakery Café.

Mickey Rice Krispy Treats

These Classic rice-krispie treats are molded into Mickey’s shape and often decorated with chocolate and mini M&M’s. They’re one of my kids’ favorites!

Mickey Lollipops

Mickey lollipops are a classic Disneyland sweet, shaped like Mickey’s iconic head and bursting with bright colors and fun flavors. Wrapped up like a tiny piece of edible art, they’re a cheerful, long-lasting treat that’s perfect for enjoying in the parks, or taking home as a sugary souvenir.

Mickey-Shaped Savory Snacks & Meals

Mickey Pretzel

Warm, salty, and iconic, these soft pretzels shaped like Mickey are perfect on the go, often served with cheese dip.

Mickey Mac & Cheese in a Bread Bowl

At the Coca-Cola Refreshment Corner on Main Street, U.S.A., you’ll find a hearty and fun twist on a classic comfort food – mac and cheese served in a Mickey-shaped sourdough bread bowl. This dish takes creamy, cheesy macaroni and nests it inside a warm bread bowl that cleverly includes Mickey’s signature ears (using the scooped out center bread), making it both a satisfying meal and a playful photo-op snack. It’s a perfect pick for lunch or dinner during your park day, especially if you’re craving something filling and savory with that extra touch of Disney whimsy.

Mickey Sourdough Bread

One of the best deals in the park, you can purchase an entire sourdough loaf in the shape of Mickey’s head at the Bourdin Bread Cart near the Boudin factory tour in Disneyland California Adventure. And, as usual, he change’s seasonally like the vampire/mummy Mickey below.

Celebration & Seasonal Mickey-Shaped Treats

Disneyland rolls out special Mickey-shaped eats throughout the year – especially around holidays!

  • Mickey-Shaped Gingerbread Cookies: an extremely popular seasonal item during the holidays (with long lines reported due to demand).
  • Holiday Mickey Crispy Rice Treats & Gingerbread Variants: festive takes on classic shapes around Christmas and other celebrations, like Zombie Mickey Gingerbread Cookies for Halloween-time!

And each year brings new limited-time creations, so keep an eye on seasonal menus!
