Looking to add a zesty kick to your salad? Try my Honey Lemon Vinaigrette Salad Dressing Recipe! It’s the perfect blend of sweet and zesty to add some flavor to your greens! Plus, it’s super quick and simple to make and you probably already have most of the ingredients!
This dressing is a perfect spring or summer salad dressing! It’s light and citrusy and would also be great as a marinade on some grilled veggies!
You can make this vinaigrette using fresh thyme, but if you have dried thyme in your spice cabinet and already have the other ingredients and don’t want to run to the store, just use it!
This salad dressing would be so tasty on an arugula salad served with chunks of grapefruit and crunchy walnuts. I’ll have to photograph the finished salad soon and I’ll share the recipe here!
If you’re only making enough salad dressing for yourself for 1-2 salads, then use the recipe as is, but if you want to make enough to serve the entire family for 1-2 meals, then be sure to triple the recipe which is what is shown in these photos.
