You can whip up this Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip in about 20-25 minutes! But that does NOT include the artichoke bowl.

Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip Ingredients:

  • 8-10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
  • 1 can or jar (14 ounces) artichoke hearts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1.5 cups grated jack cheese, divided
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder or 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees F.

Next, use a food processor to chop your canned artichoke hearts and thawed/squeezed spinach into smaller pieces.

In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, greek yogurt, sour cream, 1 cup of parmesan cheese, 1 cup of jack cheese, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix until everything is combined.

Then add the chopped artichoke hearts and spinach and mix.

Add the mixture to a casserole dish, top with the remaining parmesan and jack cheese and bake for 15-18 minutes.
