Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe
I think this is a great appetizer dip when hosting a Friendsgiving celebration! It’s super creamy and every bite is loaded with spinach and artichoke. Plus, it looks pretty on the table when served in the carved-out artichoke bowl.
You can whip up this Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip in about 20-25 minutes! But that does NOT include the artichoke bowl.
Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip Ingredients:
- 8-10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
- 1 can or jar (14 ounces) artichoke hearts
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1.5 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1.5 cups grated jack cheese, divided
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder or 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees F.
Next, use a food processor to chop your canned artichoke hearts and thawed/squeezed spinach into smaller pieces.
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, greek yogurt, sour cream, 1 cup of parmesan cheese, 1 cup of jack cheese, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix until everything is combined.
Then add the chopped artichoke hearts and spinach and mix.
Add the mixture to a casserole dish, top with the remaining parmesan and jack cheese and bake for 15-18 minutes.
Serve and enjoy with crackers or chips!
