Hi, my name is Andrea and I’m addicted to Mini Eggs!
It’s Mini Egg season! And I’ve got a few recipes on how to upgrade some desserts with your favorite Easter candy treat! But, really, they’re just as awesome straight out the bag! Of course I had to make Mini Egg milkshakes! Start by coating the top of your milkshake glasses with chocolate frosting and place in the freezer for 10 minutes to slightly harden, then add chopped Mini Eggs to the frosting on the glass and replace into the freezer. Next, make your Mini Egg milkshake by combining vanilla ice cream, milk, and chopped Mini Eggs in your blender. Blend on high. Remove the glasses from the freezer, drizzle the insides with chocolate syrup, pour the milkshake, top with whipped cream and more Mini Eggs, and finish with a straw and a Cadbury Cream Egg on the side.
And then there’s Mini Egg Donuts topped with both Cadbury Mini Eggs and Cadbury Cream Eggs. And of course I made some Mini Egg ice cream, Mini Egg brownies, and Mini Egg cheesecake bars, but you’ll have to see all of those over on Food Network. Check ’em all out!
This post is NOT sponsored by Mini Eggs. I’m simply just addicted to them.
